Scrum Master

Job location : Iselin, NJ and unanticipated client sites across the US. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate domestically.

Number of positions : 1 opening.

Job duration : Permanent position, Full time, Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week.

Description :

Support Scrum ceremonies-Sprint Planning, daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives.
Implement Agile techniques-TDD, BDD, Automated Testing, Continuous Integration/Delivery, DevOps. Support software enhancements & fixes per release schedules using Agile development methodologies.
Follow customer integration needs to prioritise epics/features using WSJF techniques on portfolio Kanban board on Rally/Jira & maintain metrics.
Work with cross-functional teams by setting up HipChat rooms & confluence pages.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s or equivalent (will accept any combination of education and experience determined equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree) in Computer Science or Engineering or IT or CIS plus 2 years’ experience in job offered.
